Making improvements to videos

Over time I've been trying to make small improvements along the way to our videos. Recently I've made a concerted effort and several purchases to make a more dramatic series of improvements. I've puchased more lights, a wearable gimbal (which I'm still working to understand and utilize properl), additional camera mounts and a green screen that I use when recording the intros. I've also upgraded my video/audio editing software and am using some different features for transitions between clips and other minor editing tweaks.

I've also been talking to a few friends who know much more about recording quality audio as that will be my next focus. I'm planning on doing some interview style videos with Italian chefs and others that are in the food business related to Italian cuisine. To do these videos I know that I must improve the audio recording quality and ability to ensure that I capture good quality audio from both the person I will be interviewing and myself. I've been reading up on the Zoom series of audio recorders and would love to hear from someone who has direct experience with the Zoom 4, 5 & 6 series!

Another area of improvement that is really beyond my skillset are the graphics and logo that are in dire need of enhancement or complete replacement. I can barely draw a stick figure so the POV Italian Logo is as good as I can make it. So, I've been on the lookout for someone who can rework my logo into an acceptable hi-res picture along with creating a few other high-res graphics.
